Cowley's Drive it Day celebration will be taking place both inside and outside the Visitor Centre at MINI Plant Oxford between 10.00am and 3.00pm.
This year we're celebrating 50 years of the Rover SD1, 40 years of the Rover 800 and 25 years of the modern MINI, all which have been built at Cowley.
There is ample parking for everyone.
This is for everyone, classic car owners and local people. Past and present Cowley workers are particularly welcome.
Classic vehicles of all descriptions are welcome, not just Cowley related ones.
This is free for all to attend. Classic car owners are very welcome to drop by as part of Drive It Day and have a cuppa. There will be free refreshments for all, and there will be a donation box for MINI Plant Oxford's charity, for those who would like to make a small donation.
If you're coming for the day, please bring a packed lunch with you as there isn't anywhere to buy lunch, other than popping down to the Retail Park.
I can be contacted at [email protected] or on 07929 868284, should you have any questions.
Hope to see you there!
