Celebrate Read Across America Week and participate in Global Day of Unplugging with the Museum! Take a break from electronics and let your imagination take the wheel. Hear storytelling on the hour between 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. from the comfort of your very own cardboard car! Decorate your car before the stories, then buckle in for a journey of imagination and reading. Between stories, the room will be filled with comfy furniture to read on your own. You’ll be able to take your car home, so parents, make sure to make room! Cars are available while sup-plies last. This sensory-friendly event is FREE and open to the public.
