Drinks & Mingling: Festive Business Networking, King’s Cross
About this Event
Business networking that doesn’t feel like business networking
Most networking events are loud, rushed, and full of people waiting to pitch. Drinks & Mingling is the opposite.
It’s a relaxed monthly evening in King’s Cross for founders, consultants, directors and business owners who like meeting new people but can’t stand working a room. I’m Clare Gillbanks, The Professional Connector, and my job on the night is to introduce people who ought to know each other.
This is our festive edition. It falls just before December fills everyone’s diary, and you can pick up the conversations you start now in January.
What you get
- A room worth being in. Over 200 different people have come to a Drinks & Mingling, a mix of regulars and first-timers every month
- Introductions, not small talk. Tell me who you’d like to meet and I’ll do my best to make it happen
- A Workshop from 4pm. With James Pick this month.
- No stage and no pitching. Just conversation, name badges and drinks
- 15% off at Camino with your voucher
- A good cause in the room. A £5 donation to Snow Camp, our charity partner, would be really appreciated (https://www.snow-camp.org.uk/donate/)
How the evening runs
4pm: Workshop. Come early if you’d like a head start.
5pm to 8pm: Drinks and mingling. Arrive any time from 5pm.
