Professor Emeritus at Augsburg University Kristin Anderson will give a history of downtown dwellings in Minneapolis and St. Paul over the past 175 years. Rethos Policy Institute Director Erin Hanafin Berg will conclude the talk with an update on the Catalyzing Underutilized Buildings (CUB) Credit ahead of the 2026 legislative session. Tickets are $10 with registration, $15 at the door. Snacks will be provided and beverages are available for purchase.
