Encourage your inner mixologist, and learn about classic & modern cocktails while muddling, shaking, stirring, and garnishing like a pro.

In addition to all the festive sips, paired snacks will be provided that perfectly complement the flavor profiles of each cocktail.

Cocktail 1: Memoirs of a Cocktail

Primary spirits: Sake, vodka

Profile: delicate & elegant, floral & sweet

Food pairing: citrus salad with basil & mint

Cocktail 2: Scarlet Jolene

Primary Spirits: Bourbon, Aperol

Profile: bold & bittersweet, honey

Food Pairing: Pecan & goat cheese crostinis, crispy chicken with aioli

Cocktail 3: Lemon Martha

Primary Spirits: Vodka, limoncello

Profile: fluffy & smooth, citrus & vanilla

Food Pairing: Oatmeal cookie crisp

This class will be hosted by owner Rebekah Barr, who has been hosting private mixology classes since 2020.
