BGHS JROTC DRILL TEAMParticipating in their first Drill Competition since 2020! The competition is hosted by IPS.
Cadets need to report to BGHS NLT 08:00 on Saturday, 07 FEB 2026.
Cadets should return to BGHS by 16:00 (4pm) on 07 FEB 2026. Please be prompt in picking up your Cadet at the conclusion of the event.
Uniform:
Cadets must be prepared with their ENTIRE CLASS A UNIFORM!!!
This includes:
• Beret (with appropriate rank or flash, and SHAPED/SHAVED)
• Class A Jacket (with appropriate accoutrements: ribbons, collar devices, rank, arcs, Honor Unit w/ Distinction Star, name plate, team cords) ((!NO MEDALS WORN ON THE JACKET PER CC145-2 that states medals and ribbons will NOT be worn simultaneously and the previous SAI decided to wear ribbons on the jacket!)
• Gray button-down shirt (with appropriate accoutrements: name plate, rank, medals (no ribbons on the shirt per same regulation!))
• White undershirt
• Dress pants
• Belt with belt buckle
• Black dress shoes
• BLACK DRESS SOCKS
• Appropriate undergarments
Cadets are expected to be within Cadet Wear and Appearance regulations (CCR 145-2) to include proper wear of the uniform and grooming standards including: hair, nails, jewelry, shaving (no beards), etc.
The plan is to compete in Unarmed Division Platoon and enter TWO competing Color Guard Teams.
