You’re invited! We’re delighted to launch DRIFT x Atlantic Hotel ‘Between Breaths’ Retreat 18-22 October 2026. This unique restorative women’s only retreat will be a very special one. Based at the Atlantic Hotel where luxury meets the Atlantic Ocean we’re delighted to host you for five days of transformative sessions - an expansive journey exploring our home island of Jersey through our eyes .. & a journey within - pausing the craziness of everyday life & taking time for yourself to drift in Jersey. We invite you to join us.
Each day of the retreat is thoughtfully designed to create a balance of movement, rest, connection, and exploration. The programme includes daily meditations, Kundalini yoga, Ai Chi and ‘Deep Calm’ breathwork sessions in the swimming pool, immersive sound baths, and opportunities for surf, SUP, and skateboard lessons. You can also join sea swimming sessions in secret locations, island discovery bike rides, and hiking adventures, along with inspirational talks and supportive talking circles designed to encourage reflection and connection.
All delicious meals at The Atlantic Hotel are included throughout your stay, and we take care of all equipment and insurance, allowing you to fully relax and immerse yourself in the experience. One treatment at the Spa is included in the price for each guest.
Activities are always optional, giving you the freedom to participate as much or as little as you wish — creating space to truly slow down, restore, and enjoy the rhythm of the retreat.
