Gift yourself this time to join our Immersion where you will experience the beautiful sound of the Gongs, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Drum, Chimes and a variety of other instruments. All you need do is lay down and let the healing sounds wash over you. The sound and vibration will aid your body to relax and your mind to quieten as your brainwaves ease down into a meditative alpha/theta state - the optimal state for healing and transformation.
Some of the many benefits you may experience from the immersion are;
balancing the autonomic nervous system to lower stress and anxiety levels, improved sleep, an increase in focus and clarity, a decrease in tension and fatigue and pain relief as your body starts to relax and let go of any stored tension.
Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort - please also bring a blanket/throw, pillow or cushion and anything else you need to feel comfortable. An eye mask may be beneficial to block out the light and help to draw your senses inwards. If laying on the floor is an issue and you are happier sitting you are very welcome to bring your own camping/recliner chair or equivalent.
The session is from 7.15pm - 8.30pm and doors open at 7pm to arrive and get settled (please don’t arrive too early as I will be setting up but in fairness to others anyone arriving after the session has started will not be admitted)
Exchange is £18 per person and payment in advance is requested to secure as spaces are limited - payment by bank transfer preferred (details on request)
