Known for his deep respect for horses as individuals, Jordan emphasizes personalized training for both horse and rider, focusing on biomechanics and communication to create sustainable partnerships. He has guided students to medal-level success and continues his own education with top names in the sport, including riding for Carl Hester at the 2022 NEDA symposium.
