As we make the shift from Winter to Spring things can often feel drawn out, messy and while we may be feeling more inspired conditions during this liminal time may dampen our Spirits!.
Join the Herd and I as we offer insight into finding clarity in the chaos, stepping into this new season with purpose and ease. Slow Down, breathe, move intentionally, ask questions, connect and let life surprise you!

Your day will begin with a gentle yoga practice, followed by an Equinox inspired Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath. After the practices there will be a meditative journaling session bringing clarity to your Spring Intentions and Practices!

Enjoy a delicious hOMe made lunch before we venture out to the property and spend some time with the Herd ... experience the healing power of being in the paddock!

Our day finishes with a 45 minute Somatic Breathwork practice and art integration before we close in circle!
