Do you have a dream, and you are wondering how to work with it? You see a potential illuminating your night journey, and you do not know how to manifest it in your waking life? This short introduction is for you!

You will begin to understand how to work with the images and messages of your dreams.

In this class you will learn:

• the basic conceptual ground for dreams
• how to remember your dreams
• the 7 different kinds of dreams
• how to recognize if a dream is resolved or unresolved
• how to resolve an unresolved dream
• the four levels for looking at dreams
• a series of steps to be used individually or in groups for working with your dreams

“Dreaming for Freelancers” is an introduction to dreaming classes taught at the International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery®.

Dr. Anna Nowicka – choreographer, educator, director of the DYW Kids® program and facilitator of numerous adult courses at the International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery®. In addition, Anna has been applying dreaming techniques to dance and performance for over fifteen years.

Instead of a fixed ticket price, this event is offered on a donation basis.
