Dreaming is an ancient art long forgotten in our current times.
Are you curious to learn how to practice this art?
How could we sweeten our sleeping time and subsequently our dreaming time?
Is it possible that through our dreams we receive knowledge about our choices, decisions, and purpose to help us shape our daily lives?
If we believe -as all ancient cultures do- that our reality is dreamt into being, how could we aspire to dream our lives? How could we create more clarity/connection between our awake and sleeping time?
In our Dreaming Circle we will explore how to engage with our dreams. We will share some practices, dreaming exercises, habits, and rituals to enhance our sleeping/dreaming time. We intend to re-create our bedtime practices, habits, and rituals. We will also share and learn about teas and remedies that could enhance our sleeping/dreaming time.
We will meet in the Burrard View Park Fieldhouse on Friday, August 30th from 6pm - 9pm.
Please bring a bit of food to share at the end of our time together. We will provide the tea and cups. We will have mats, blankets, and pillows available but feel free to bring your own shawl, blanket, or pillow if you wish. You can also bring a journal and writing tool of your preference.
All workshops at the fieldhouse are free! Please let us know at [email protected] if you would like to join us for this workshop. This is a recurring offering. You are welcome to attend only one or all the sessions!
