This workshop starts with the Tibetan Five Rites of Rejuvenation asana practice to invigorate the mind and body. It leads into guided meditations with breath and visualization techniques specifically for conscious dream work. There will be a lecture section covering the history and lineage of Dream Yoga (Milam Yoga), as well as intentions for practicing and the benefits. There will be a myriad of techniques offered that can be applied to the waking state to cross-train for the dream state. These include mantra repetition (japa), visualizations, and methods to reality check. There will also be many tips for after lucidity
