Dream Tones: An Immersive Yoga Nidra & Live Music Experience

Unwind with gentle movement, guided Yoga Nidra, live vibraphone, and crystal singing bowls for deep rest beneath the trees.
About this Event

Welcome to Dream Tones, a 90-minute immersive experience hosted by Life Aligned Therapy. This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with gentle, accessible movement and breathwork to help release tension before settling into a deeply restful guided Yoga Nidra meditation, accompanied by the warm, dreamlike tones of live vibraphone. The experience will flow into an extended crystal singing bowl sound bath, followed by quiet space to rest and integrate. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to be supported through movement, music, and deep rest.
