Class Format

This is a 10-hour course delivered in two sessions on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, and Sunday, May 4th, 2025. Classes will be held from 10 AM to 3 PM on both days. Attendance is mandatory for a comprehensive understanding of the material.

Registration Deadline

The registration deadline for The Dream Space Commercial Builder’s Course is May 1st. After the registration deadline, registrations will only be available on a space basis.

Payment Information & Policies

All fees must be paid in full before the registration period ends. No exceptions. Your full investment into this course symbolizes your commitment and preparation for your commercial real estate adventures. We prefer payments through our Eventbrite registration page, however if unable to pay online, please call the course administrator at (Munir Bahar - 410.262.2996) to arrange a payment by cash or check. If paying by check, all checks must be received at least 6 days prior to the course. We do also accept credit card payments or PAYPAL on our registration page.

Cancellations & No-show policy

Refunds less a $100 cancellation fee will be issued for all cancellations received in writing to [email protected] at least 5 days prior to the course. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Refunds will be issued 5 days after the course is completed. Registrants who do not cancel and fail to attend the course will not be refunded. There are no credit transfers to another course. If you miss the course, you lose your investment.

This lesson will guide you through the various stages of construction, including selecting contractors, managing the construction timeline, and ensuring that the project adheres to the planned budget.

In the final lesson, we will cover the steps to finalize your project and prepare your property for occupancy. You will learn about essential finishing touches, obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy, and how to transition from construction to operational status, ensuring that everything meets local health and safety standards.
