Through this hour long expedition into the depths of your own being, you will learn and practice ways to release tension from the body, heart, and mind with gentle stretching, breathing, and meditation techniques.
The majority of this practice will be spent laying on the floor, so come prepared with a couple blankets and pillows for optimal comfort! Live sound healing and Reiki will be offered to soothe your nervous system and support deep relaxation as you are guided through the various stages of sleep, while maintaining a trace of awareness.
In this beginner-friendly practice, you will have the opportunity to reflect on and release unconscious tension, cultivate a deep sense of wholeness and well being, open to inner vision and intuitive knowing, and explore your connection to spiritual and ancestral support.
No experience with meditation or yoga is necessary. All are welcome!
