The Yoga Sanctuary is honored to welcome back long-time guest teacher Dr. Carrie Demers of the Himalayan Institute. Dr. Demers is a board-certified physician in Internal and Integrative Medicine and an internationally respected leader in the field of Ayurveda. During this special weekend, she will offer a two-part workshop series designed to deepen your understanding of holistic health through the lens of Ayurveda.
