This class introduces the foundations of dream analysis and explores how dreams can deepen self-understanding, creativity, and emotional insight. It is a supportive space to explore what our dreams may be communicating and how they relate to our everyday lives.Participants will learn how dreams are formed, why certain symbols repeat, and how personal experience shapes dream meaning. Participants will learn simple, practical ways to reflect on dreams, understand common themes, and recognize personal symbols. Rather than focusing on fixed meanings, the workshop encourages curiosity and self-reflection, honoring each person's unique experiences and inner world.
Through instructions and discussion, simple exercises, and optional dream sharing, students will practice ways to interpret dreams without rigid formulas. The focus is on curiosity rather than "right answers," allowing dreams to be approached as meaningful messages from the unconscious. No dream is "too strange" or "too small"—all dreams are welcome.
