Draped Floral Fused Glass Vase

In this summer weekend fused glass workshop, you’ll design and build a gorgeous Draped Floral Vase — a perfect seasonal centerpiece or a fun, creative way to spend time with friends.
In this class, you’ll create your vase on an 8″, 10″, or 12″ glass base, giving your finished piece a dramatic, flowing drape as it slumps in the kiln. You’ll have access to a beautiful selection of vitrigraph stringers (hand-pulled glass elements purchased especially for this class), along with frits and other glass details to bring your floral vision to life.
Prefer a subtler look? You’re welcome to work on a smaller base — though we highly recommend the full 12″ size for maximum drama!
No glass experience needed — we’ll guide you through the entire process. Finished pieces will be fused, slumped, and ready for pick-up about 2 weeks after class — just in time to enjoy for the season!
Pricing:
A $10 instructional fee is due at sign up, you’ll pay for your project the night of the workshop.
Pricing for different sizes range from $52 for a vase made from 8″ glass, $76 for one made from 10″ or $102 for a largest 12″ glass.
This workshop is appropriate for ages 16 and up. Age 12 and up may attend with a paid adult.
