About this Event
You’re Invited is a Community Interest Company (CIC) using a Creative Health approach to support mental wellbeing, confidence, connection, and belonging.
Our immersive studio offers regular drop-ins, workshops, and creative coaching experiences designed to help you slow down, switch off from everyday pressures, and rediscover the joy of making — together.
No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just curiosity, care, and creativity.
🧡 Weekly Drop-Ins & Community Sessions
Our regular sessions are designed to build community and offer a screen-free, influence-free space to simply be.
You’re welcome to attend one session or become a familiar face — both are equally valued.
🎭 Applied Theatre & Drama Group
Thursdays | 6:00–8:00pm
What to expect:
A playful, expressive space to explore stories, movement, imagination, and connection through applied theatre techniques.
This is about confidence, creativity, and community — not performance.
Who it’s for:
Adults and creatives of all experience levels.
🪑 Studio Drop-In (Limited Availability)
£5 (on the door, if space allows)
A small number of drop-in places may be available on the day.
Advance booking is encouraged to help us prepare materials and hold the space well.
