Calling all Vendors!!! Join us at Dragonfly Hall for 4 days of Artisan Market & Open Air Bazaar.
May 30th to June 2nd, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
The Event is 4 days, vendors are not required to attend all 4 days.
We would appreciate notice if a vendor needed an alternate day to set up or if they are leaving early.
All Vendors are welcome, including Farmers Market, Swap, Flea Market Vendors.
Note: Commercial direct sales vendors will be limited to one vendor representative per company, such as Scentsy.
Indoor:
We have 12x12's ($100), 8x8's ($75), and 5x8's ($65) Slots available. Cost covers all 4 days.
We have optional amenities available, Electricity ($10), Tables ($20) and Chairs ($10) for rent.
We provide free Wifi for the event, in the building.
Indoor vendors may leave their items in their slots overnight for the 4 days.
Outdoor:
We have 12X12's ($40), optional amenities or Tables ($20) and Chairs ($10) for Rent.
Outdoor vendors must secure their items and Dragonfly Hall will not be responsible for any items left unsecured.
We are looking for vendors for our Summer Artisan Market
& Open Air Bazaar. This is the second time having this event, for the indoor venue.
Advertising of the event will be done on Facebook and in the newspaper.
We will have banners and signage along Highway 5.
We invite Food Trucks to contact us as well.
Dragonfly Hall will have water and drinks available for purchase.
