We supply the nets and know-how, you catch the dragonflies!
Join Saint Paul Natural Resources, Capitol Region Watershed District, and Minnesota Dragonfly Society as we explore life in the park.
Spend the afternoon outside and learn all about our ecosystem. Catch dragonflies and other macroinvertebrates from the air and water. Learn about what the plants and animals we find do for us, what they can tell us about our water and climate, and what we can do to support a healthy ecosystem for people and dragonflies.
This is a drop-in style program; you may move through activities at your own pace. We recommend long pants and close-toed shoes for going off trail.
Bring a smartphone or tablet to become a community scientist and document what you find on iNaturalist!
