A 6-week dragon staff course for people ready to go beyond the basics. We’ll build on your chi-roll: changing direction, moving the roll around your body, working on control points, traps and linking moves into continuous flow.
Our courses apply our Play · Train · Flow · Dance structure:
🎈 PLAY: open exploration to warm up your curiosity and your body
🎯 TRAIN: focused technique on the skills that unlock the next level
🌊 FLOW: linking what you know into continuous movement
💃 DANCE: moving with the music and taking it into your whole body
WHO IT’S FOR: Mixed level, from Beginner Plus upwards. The only requirement is a solid chi-roll, although cheating death and some knowledge of traps is desirable.
✅ Got your chi-roll? You’ll build solid foundations.
✅ Already rolling? You’ll get new moves, transitions and flow to work on
🌱 Never touched a dragon staff? Message Jess to book in a 1:1 and get your ready for the course. If enough people are interested we'll run a 'Start from Scratch' class to get your ready for the course.
