Dragon Con 2026 TUESDAY LOAD-IN! (@ COURTLAND - Grand ballroom)

Tuesday's first stop is the Courtland Grand. Meet in the Grand Ballroom. We will have some lighting stuff that gets dropped off along with the MMI trucks around 12pm. We will start setting the Courtland for what we can. There will be riggers present so keep an eye out for things in the air. We will need folks to help assemble various kit for the rigging crew present.
There will be a few other deliveries like the ramp for the Hyatt etc. that will need a few folks dispatched to cover.
For those that can't make it until later in the day, 3pm we will meet at the Hilton - Galleria Level down by Galleria 8 at the loading dock.
Pace yourselves -- this will be 4-6 hours from this point on Tuesday evening. There is ZERO expectation for folks to pull a 12+ hour day on Tuesday. Be there when you can, but please pace yourselves.
