Drag Storytime with Hellen Heels - Indie Bookstore Day edition

This Indie Bookstore Day, come to Elk Grove's only bookstore for a fun and interactive Drag Storytime for kids and their grownups. RSVPs are required for children, their grownups, and volunteers.

Hellen Heels has been hosting storytimes with us for over 4 years and was featured on CapRadio Insight last year with our store owner, Emily. She consistently captivates our audience with engaging tales, colorful characters, and queer joy. Don't miss the perfect opportunity for children to explore the magic of storytelling and ignite their imagination.

During this event, our nonprofit will follow its established and effective safety plan to ensure that JOY remains the focus. Thank you to QMunity at Elk Grove United Methodist Church for volunteering to support this event and for paying our drag performer!
