Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase & Attendance

By using this online ticketing system to purchase tickets for an event at Smiley Brewing Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation Booking & Seating: reservation is made for the dated show only. Note that tables will be allocated based on size, tickets purchased together will be seated together. Smaller groups may be allocated to a shared table.

2. Duration: the venue will open at 6pm and close at 10.00pm. The event commences 7.15-7.30pm.

3. Food Service: Food at our Brewery is provided by independent food trucks. As such, Smiley Brewing Co does not control food offerings, dietary considerations, or special requests related to the food service. No food or drink is to be brought into the venue.

4. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption.

5. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

6. Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Audience Etiquette: everyone attending the show is here to have a great time and we hope they do. With that in mind, please keep your mobile phones on silent, and most importantly respect other guests, staff and the entertainers.

9. Refunds: if you can't make it, you can claim a full refund through eventbrite up to 7 days before the event.

Show line-up: While the advertised entertainer has been booked, from time to time people do become ill or can't attend due to reasons outside of our control, in such instances an alternate entertainer will be arranged.
