Taiji Symbol practice (AKA Yin-Yang Sticking Hands or Silk Reeling) is a foundation to Taiji Pushing Hands. Training this pattern helps to develop lower & upper body connection, coordination, and softness while flowing and sticking to your partner to neutralize their movements.Beginner training focuses on Yang-side solo and partner practice, allowing students to understand the basic body structure and circular movements. Intermediate training includes transitioning in linear stepping and Yin-side practice. Advanced training includes refining the transitions (applications), bagua stepping, and mixing Yang & Yin-side.
Suitable for: Students ages 13+ of all levels.
