Dr. Uzoma Florence Obidike is a Career Transition & Networking Coach and founder of She Leads Beautifully. Her mission is to help women in new life seasons transition to their next dream job leveraging their professional networks. She is also the Director and Assistant Professor of Undergraduate Career Development at National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Uzoma is a contributing author of the book No Ways Tired: The Journey for Professionals of Color in Student Affairs. She has graced local and national stages where she led talks on leadership and career development. In 2019, her expertise was recognized when she was named Up and Coming Woman in Education for the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards. Dr. Uzoma attended Indiana University Bloomington, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and a Master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs. She also holds a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Indiana State University.
