The Dr. Philip A. Payne Bridge is located on Cervantes going over Bayou Texar. Meet at the Bayou Texar boat ramp on Stanley & E. Strong St. at 8:45 to sign in. Ocean Hour provides buckets, grabbers, gloves, and bags. Closed toe shoes recommended. Bring water and a friend! If you have a kayak, bring it so you can clean in the water!
*Parking fee is waived for our volunteers until 9:30am.
