The Dr. Lee Cope Run for the Son is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, with a start time of 8:00 a.m. There will be a 5K Run, 5K Walk and a Joy Run for the kids. We would love for you to be a part of bringing this wonderful Jackson tradition back.
**IF YOU ARE REGISTERING AFTER 5:00PM ON THURSDAY (APRIL 17), YOUR BIB WILL NOT BE READY UNTIL SATURDAY (APRIL 19) MORNING JUST PRIOR TO THE RACE.**
We will be honoring Dr. Lee Cope. He and his family have such a passion for reaching the world with the Gospel, and this year's proceeds from the event will go to the Go Fund at First Baptist Jackson, helping send missionaries locally and abroad to spread the Good News.
The 5K Run and 5K Walk will begin at 8:00 a.m. with the Joy Run beginning at 8:30 a.m. The Joy Run will start at the CLC and run down North Street to Amite Street and back. Activities will be available for the kids in the parking lot of the CLC while the parents are running or walking.
Cost for the 5K Run or Walk is $25 with the Joy Run being $10.
