Dr Bike at Redcar Leisure Centre

Redcar and Cleveland’s Active Travel team will give any bike a free health check to let you know how it’s doing.
About this Event

For a bike you use every day, or haven’t touched for a while.

We will provide:

• A full safety check of all parts
• Brake and gear adjustments if possible
• Tyres pumped up and inner tube replaced (if you bring a spare)
• A detailed report of the condition

No need to book, just drop your bike off on the day between 10am and 2pm, and it’ll be ready to collect in the afternoon.

We don’t replace or install new parts. If this is needed, we’ll advise about local bike shops and estimated cost.
