The Duncan Public Library in partnership with the Friends of the Library will host IT WAS THE 90s: a series of book events centered around four amazing books presented by four local scholars as they take you through the 90s at your favorite local library! These four novels are award winning, and we feel like they are representative of important literary events and trends in the 1990s. October's book is Parable of the Sower by Octavia E. Butler.
