Join us on Saturday 12th September 2026 for our traditional pre-Great North Run meetup at our local favourite, Fern Coffee Shop.
We'll be meeting at 8:00am for a relaxed and friendly morning designed to get everyone moving, whatever your plans or energy levels ahead of race day.
Whether you're looking for:
🚶 A gentle walk and chat
🏃 An easy jog
🏃♀️ A relaxed 5K shakeout run
...there's an option for everyone, and you're welcome to decide how you feel on the day.
Afterwards, we'll head back to Fern for coffee, drinks, snacks and plenty of good conversation as we begin the all-important carb loading ahead of the Great North Run. ❤️🤍💙
This event is open to everyone, whether you're running the Great North Run, supporting from the sidelines, or simply fancy joining a great group of people for a social morning.
