Here’s the lowdown: Start your session with 15 minutes of peaceful, intentional yoga flows led by Jen to wake up your body and get the good vibes flowing. Then, Coach Dave takes the reins for 20-25 minutes of heart-pumping interval training with weights, hitting your core, upper body, and legs. Finally, wind down with Jen’s soothing cool down and a blissful final Savasana to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world!
What to bring/wear: Positive energy, yoga mat, towel, water bottle, comfy gym clothes, and gym shoes.
