🐾 Welcome to Our BRAND NEW Downtown Urban Socialization Class in Greensburg! 🏙️🐕
Please read the information below before registering:
This class is designed for dogs that have already successfully completed our Trail Walk Socialization Classes or for dogs that are already friendly, social, and comfortable around other dogs and people and are ready for the next level of training.
Our Downtown Urban Socialization Class will challenge both dogs and handlers with real-world distractions commonly found in a busy city environment, including:
🚗 Traffic and vehicle noise
🚨 Sirens and emergency vehicles
👥 Crowds and pedestrians
🏃 People running and exercising
📢 Unexpected noises and distractions
🚶 Busy sidewalks and public spaces
During class, we will practice:
✅ Proper crosswalk etiquette and safety
✅ Entering and exiting dog-friendly businesses respectfully
✅ Appropriate public greetings with strangers
✅ Navigating crowded sidewalks and urban environments
✅ Building confidence, neutrality, and focus in real-world situations
Class Details:
📍 Downtown Greensburg
⏰ 30-minute sessions
💲 $15 per dog
What to Bring:
🐾 Plenty of high-value treats
💧 Water for you and your dog
🎒 A small backpack is recommended for carrying supplies
Weather Policy:
☔ We will train in light rain, so please dress appropriately for the weather. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or severe weather.
