SPECIAL NOTE: When you arrive, you will scan a QR code in order to register for a specific headset. A Security Deposit of $25 per headset will be taken during this registration. Return the headset at the end of the event. When the headsets are processed and cleaned the following day, provided they are returned in working order undamaged, a FULL 100% refund will be prossessed at that time. Length of time refund takes to hit your account could be up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If they are returned damaged or in non-working order, you will not receive your security deposit back and will receive notice as to why.
