At the Downtown Projects Expo, attendees can explore major projects planned for summer 2026, including improvements to Town Square and Peratrovich parks, the Ship Creek to Coastal Trail connection, downtown pedestrian wayfinding enhancements, and the new library branch in Historic City Hall. The Downtown Projects Expo will take place alongside the Visit Anchorage Travel Expo at the Dena’ina Convention Center on Thursday, May 6. The Travel Expo showcases local guides, tour operators, and experiences to help plan summer adventures across Alaska.
