Downtown Morganton Ghost Tours
About this Event
This fall, take a walk on the spooky side of Morganton! The Morganton Ghost Tours return for three weekends in October, bringing local legends, eerie encounters and centuries of strange history to the streets of historic downtown.
Originally researched by local paranormal investigator Joshua P. Warren, the tour explores documented creepy events, unexplained sightings, local folklore and some of Morganton’s more bizarre history. During this 1-hour guided walking tour, guests will travel approximately 1.2 miles through downtown Morganton while hearing stories that span hundreds of years — some dating back nearly 500 years!
