Downtown Mile for CASA

Lace up your shoes and join us on the evening of Saturday, September 19, for the Downtown Mile for CASA, a one-mile romp through downtown Fredericksburg that supports Rappahannock CASA's efforts to provide volunteer advocates for children who have been abused or neglected. The race -- expertly organized by the Fredericksburg Area Running Club and presented this year by SigmaCorps Solutions -- is part of the Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix Series, and all finishers receive points toward that 12-race series. Also, it's a family-friendly good time!

Race Waves:
5:00 pm - Wave 1: Females ages 15 and up
5:15 pm - Wave 2: Males ages 15 and up
5:30 pm - Wave 3: Youth ages 6-14
5:45 pm - Superhero Run: This wave is open to all ages, families who wish to participate together, parents with strollers, dog-walkers, etc.! Dress up as your favorite superhero and join the party!
