About this Event

The Downtown Ithaca Egg Hunt runs from March 30 through April 5, 2026. This is a week-long, self-guided event that can be enjoyed at your own pace while exploring Downtown.

Search for colorful eggs hidden throughout 28 participating businesses. Eggs may hold small prizes, treats, or raffle tickets. Enjoy whatever you discover inside, then please return the empty egg to the store so it can be reused for more fun.The event is free to participate in and no registration is required.

If you find a raffle ticket, hold onto it. Winning ticket numbers will be announced after the event on Downtown Ithaca’s website and social media, and winners will receive Downtown gift cards!
