Downtown Iowa City Wellness Festival

The Iowa City Downtown District is excited to host its first Downtown Wellness Festival on Saturday, August 22!
This event is designed to celebrate health and wellness while highlighting the downtown businesses and organizations that help create a healthy, active, and thriving community. Throughout the day, attendees can discover the many products, services, and experiences available in our community.
The event will feature FREE outdoor fitness classes in the Ped Mall and on Bread Garden Market’s rooftop, along with wellness vendors in the Ped Mall, pickleball, yoga, cold-plunge pools, a smoothie bar, and more. Local businesses will also showcase their healthy-living offerings, from green juice at Get Fresh Cafe to athletic wear from Hothouse Yoga, and more.
All fitness classes are completely FREE and open to the public. Reserve your class time in advance to guarantee your spot; walk-ins are also welcome as space allows.
