Join the Downtown Dolly Stampede to bring free books to Lee County kids! ✨👢Join us Saturday, November 8th at 11am in downtown Dixon for a Dolly-themed ½ mile walk across the Peoria & Galena Ave. bridges, followed by a Dolly Scavenger Hunt at local businesses! 🎶📚 Everyone is welcome and we encourage you to dress as your favorite Dolly!
👉 Registration is just $30 — enough to cover books for one child in Lee County for a full year through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Every step helps bring more books into local homes!
📅 Event Day Schedule
-Check-in: 10:15AM @ Mad Water Saloon
-Walk: 11:00 AM across Dixon’s bridges
-After-party: Scavenger Hunt OR Dolly-themed food & drinks downtown
-Scavenger Hunt cards due by 3PM @ Mad Water for a chance to win a Dolly Door Prize!
