Please join Dubuque Forward on Thursday, January 22 from 5:30-7:30pm at Steeple Square for a community-based Downtown Core Development Strategy Workshop led by David Gamble, Founding Principal at Gamble Associates.
Gamble has been contracted by Dubuque Forward to create a Downtown Core Development Strategy that leverages the University of Dubuque’s new College of Medicine and the Dubuque Museum of Art expansion to stimulate mixed-use developments and amenities within our downtown.
This collaborative effort has received both public and private support, and now we turn to the broader community as we seek public input.
This interactive session will build on the good ideas that have emerged through Dubuque Forward Passion Group conversations, Envision 2030, and City priorities to make downtown more livable, equitable, resilient and beautiful!
