Downtown Coldwater Visitor Profile and Market Data Workshop

Join us for an insightful workshop on Monday, April 28 where we'll delve into detailed insights about the 185,000 annual visitors to downtown Coldwater, and take a close look at visitor journeys to and from Strawberry Fest! Discover their demographics, trip patterns, what zip codes they are coming from, and much more. We'll explore how you can leverage this information to benefit your business, including a group discussion. We will also share packets of market data for 5-, 15-, and 30-minute drive times. Market data is prepared and provided by our partners at Michigan Main Street.

Downtown businesses who attend this workshop will be eligible for a $25 rebate for registration and attendance at this year's Strawberry festival.

Materials will be sent digitally to all attendees the week prior to the event, and will also be available in print during the workshop.

This workshops is geared towards downtown businesses and building owners, but is also open to local lenders and other businesses with an interest in understanding the downtown market (subject to availability- 15 seats will be reserved for the downtown business community).
