I'm so pleased to let you know about some workshops I've been developing with fellow Shiatsu practitioners John Brooks and Vicky Evans.We have been awarded a bursary from Shiatsu Society UK which means we can offer these sessions for free to anyone living with mental or physical health challenges, or caring for someone who is.
DOWNSHIFT is a free, practical workshop designed to help you gently shift gear from survival mode to inner calm. It’s not about pushing through, it's designed to help you learn, adopt and incorporate simple, body‑based tools to calm your mind, reconnect with your body, and remember your strength all at your own pace.
You can join in fully, or simply come, rest, and observe. Either way, you’ll be in a safe, welcoming space.
