Downriver West Kiwanis Guest Night and Busy Bag for Kids Project

We are inviting anyone who has a big heart, loves to see children thrive, and would like to participate in our Busy Bag for Kids Service Project on Monday June 15th at 6:30pm.
These bags contain a box of crayons and a coloring book, along with some fun items like snap bracelets and pop-its.
We will be distributing these bags to the first responders in the Downriver communities, as well as hospitals and churches, in the event a child finds themselves or their parents, siblings, family members, etc. in a traumatic experience. These busy bags can be used to keep the child calm and pre-occupied during stressful or anxious moments.
Dinner will be served and the cost is $12.00 per person which can be paid the night of the event.
However, an RSVP is required so that we have an accurate headcount for the meal.
