On Sunday, November 9th at 10:30am, Downey United Methodist Church will be hosting the Downey United Methodist Preschool's 60th Anniversary Celebration!Downey United Methodist Preschool has been a fixture in early childhood education in Downey and has served countless families and children. In its 60th year, we want to celebrate in worship and fellowship.
The Preschool Anniversary Celebration worship will start at 10:30am in the Downey United Methodist Church Sanctuary, and there will be a meal and further celebration in the fellowship hall at 11:30am. We want to invite all current and former preschool families, teachers, directors, and supporters to attend. During the meal time, we will have old preschool photo books and historical items for families to see, and we will have a craft for children to do and take home with them.
All are welcome to attend this day of celebration for the continued ministry of the Preschool!
