Get ready for the heart-warming sites and sounds of Bolivar's Down Home Country Christmas Parade! The annual nighttime Christmas parade, held on the first Saturday of December, is a show-stopping, family-friendly, festive display of floats, vehicles, bands, horses, and event the big guy, Santa! The parade begins on south Springfield Ave. at the entrance of Southwest Baptist University and travels north to the Bolivar square then heads west on Braodway ending at Bolivar Schools Central Office.
