Join us to remember and honor the lives of Vivie hospice patients who passed away between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026.
The program will include music, prayer, and time for those who wish to share about their loved one and display a photo. You don't have to speak or display a photo to take part in the program.
The service will close with the release of 50 white doves, each carrying a message of love and remembrance.
Location: Bluebird Picnic Area at Elm Creek Park Reserve – 12420 James Dean Parkway, Maple Grove, Minnesota
Program begins at 11 a.m.
Light refreshments will be served.
