Are you struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one? Do you find it difficult to move on from your grief? If so, we invite you to join our bereavement support group. This group is open to anyone in the community who feels that they could benefit from connecting with others who share their experiences and receiving professional and friendly support.
Our monthly support group is led by Cindy Weller, a qualified accredited counsellor who is a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling Society (NCS). Cindy is also available to offer one-to-one counselling if required.
The support group takes place on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 1.30 pm at the Merley Community Centre on Harrier Drive in Merley, Wimborne (BH21 1XE). This group has been set up by the Douch Family, with Douch & Small as the supporting branch for Wimborne.
We can accommodate up to 10 people per session, so please let us know in advance if you would like to attend by calling 01202 882936. We look forward to welcoming you and offering our support during this difficult time.
‼️ Important Notice – Temporary Change of Venue
Please note that our Wimborne Bereavement Group in September will be held at our Lesley Shand branch in Corfe Mullen for this month only, due to maintenance at Merley Hall.
All other details remain the same, and we look forward to welcoming you at the temporary venue.
